Book the Hall See Upcoming EventsThe Bourton, Draycote and Frankton Village Hall has been the heart of our community for years, hosting a wide range of events, meetings, and activities for local residents and visitors alike. Our goal is to provide a welcoming space for all.
The hall is available to be booked by the hour, the price varies by time and whether you are resident within the 3 villages.

Capacity: Maximum licensed capacity of 150 people. Suggested number for a sit-down reception is 80 for comfort.

Included in hall hire, range cooker, microwave, commercial dishwasher, under counter fridge, glassware, crockery and cutlery for 80+.

Included in hall hire, this room is an additional meeting room or quiet space.
The hall is cleaned on a weekly basis. We pride ourselves on maintaining the hall to a high standard for all to enjoy. We ask that after a booking the hall is left clean and tidy, and all rubbish placed in the outside dustbins.
